Could the mere prospect of having to go into the office this morning be the cause of my low-grade headache? I took a couple acetaminophen this morning, but it doesnât seem to be helping. I hope they donât have any long-term effects.

It's weird how none of the companies, bosses, or articles promoting "return to work" cite an experiment methodology or actual stats on how #remote employees perform vs. #inoffice
Because, when Hubspot did that: https://www.hr-brew.com/stories/hubspot-remote-employee-engagement-productivity they found remote folks to be *MORE* engaged and equally productive.
Can you split the difference by having #InOffice teams call in together as smaller groups, so there's still an impetus to stay attuned to those you aren't in the room with? For example - if you've got a ten person meeting with eight people on-site, could you have two groups of four call in from separate huddle rooms, along with each of the two people working from home? 3/3
