I've been doing #exercises for the past week. medium to high intensity according to my smart watch (based on heart rate ranges). the #intermittent #fasting routine is now well established, I start feeling hungry just shortly before the end. losing #weight trend is now lower than previous weeks, but I already feel that I am slowly getting in shape. I signed up for #swimming classes to be done once a week. generally I feel good 😊

Objectif atteint : je suis intermittent du spectacle ! Musicien pro. La classe ou bien ? 😀
C’est bon, j’ai fait et validé + de 507h en moins de 12 mois. Après un faux départ en janvier 2023 qui s’est soldé par un petit burnout et une remise à plat de mes objectifs (merci Vincent pour ton aide 💪), j’ai repris de plus belle suite à un voyage en Thaïlande qui m’a remis tous les compteurs à zéro. 👌😌👌
J’ai fait une partie de mes heures avec la Compagnie Théâtre du Tricorne, nous sommes en pleine création d’une pièce dans laquelle je compose la musique, je joue la guitare sur scène, et j’ai même quelques répliques et des marionnettes à manipuler. 😶 Des choses très différentes de ce dont j’ai l’habitude, donc c’est super rafraîchissant, et je bosse avec des amis incroyablement bienveillants et talentueux, bref, c’est génial. 🙂 Merci Adrien, Pio & Anton ! 🌙
La majorité de mes cachets vient de Léopard Café, le groupe de reprises pop rock qu’on a monté avec des copains. Comme ce sont des reprises ultra connues, et qu’on prend à cœur de les jouer au mieux dans un show d’aussi bonne qualité que possible… Et bien ça marche pas mal ! 🙂 De juin à septembre, on a joué tous les week-ends et parfois en semaine. Un été super chargé comme on les aime. Merci Jérémy, Vitto, Amaury, Vincent, Louison, Clémence & Melen bien sûr ! 🐆
Kickban était un peu en retrait, on a quand même fait quelques dates dans l’année, mais surtout on a fini l’enregistrement/mixage du nouvel album, finalisé les clips vidéos, etc. D’ailleurs, le 1er clip est sorti :

D’autres singles vont arriver et l’album tout début janvier. 🥳 Maintenant il s’agit de préparer la suite (2 autres albums vont s’enchaîner derrière) et de faire un max de concerts ! Merci à toute la team : Damien, Jérémy, Vitto, Tom, Tim, Pandoxyd, Laure, Skyern, Marvin, Rod, Clémence… La liste est longue… Bref tous les gens qui participent à ce délire et m’aident à réaliser toutes ces choses !
Mon projet solo est malheureusement en pause. Je n’ai tout simplement pas le temps. Car au-delà de jouer dans Léopard Café, malgré moi je me tape le booking, l’administratif, etc., et ça ne me laisse pas le temps de créer. 🙁 J’espère que ça va s’équilibrer bientôt.
En parallèle, j’ai aussi taffé sur DansTonChat avec Groug (immense merci !) pour lui assurer un avenir serein. Bref, nouvelle version, et pareil j’ai migré tous mes autres sites (dont le blog que vous êtes en train de lire) sur un nouveau serveur et tout. Pas mal de boulot. Maintenant que c’est fait je vais pouvoir souffler un peu ? 😅
Mais pas tout de suite, là faut que j’y retourne, j’ai une nouvelle année à remplir de musique. 💪
