I Tried To Dodge But This Happened!
It was a tough race last night at Road America. We were off the pace considerably and never really had a shot at a win. Still, we finished 2nd in the first stage, 4th in the second, and 4th at the finish.
With this being the last of the doubleheader races, our next event will be next Tuesday at Pocono.

Last night at Michigan, our #81 Chevy was fast as usual. No mistakes and great tire management had us battling for the win, but would have to settle for 2nd.
Regardless, it was another great points night and extended our championship lead.

iRacing 2025 Season 3 Release
Tonight's race from Nashville was intense. The new iRacing update created a unique situation where all drivers went into the race with many unknowns regarding tires, handling, and aero. We managed to get ahead of the curve early with a strong showing in stage 1, but stepped over the limit and spun (with minimal contact) in stage 2.
With some pit strategy, we were back up front leading in the final stage, and running 2nd with 15 laps to go. And then, disaster... iRacing froze and we were disconnected. Luckily, this didn't cause damage to the car as it happened under caution, and we were able to rejoin, albeit 3 laps down. We rode around until the end finishing in 14th - a result not indicative of our performance.
Because of the sim crashing, we don't have any photos to share of the race.
Next week, we have our final round of double-headers, with Michigan on Monday, followed by Road America on Tuesday.
Bounced back from a stage 2 wreck to finish 7th tonight at Charlotte. Was looking forward to a good run early on, just got unlucky.
On to Nashville tomorrow night.

First 45-min IMSA race at Le Mans is in the books. Qualified P6 in the LMP2, but a rookie mistake on the infamous pit entry led to a 40s penalty. Dropped to P10 but brought the car home with just a 1x. A valuable lesson in practicing the entire circuit!

Today I ran the #iracing Nürburging 24h with Team Parabola in a 992 Cup Car. Did 5 stints including bringing home to finish in class 2nd place. Absolutely psyched about how we did. Running the Porsche Cup was a total blast.
