Ce jour où Flavien trouve la « Petite Patagonie »

De l’aube au crépuscule, Flavien poursuit son périple dans "la Petite Patagonie" de Nouvelle-Zélande. Entre les pistes poussiéreuses d’Island Saddle et la couleur turquoise du lac de Tennyson, il brave les routes et le vent.

Au fil des kilomètres, l'aventurier du bout du monde s’émerveille d’une nature brute, hérissée de fleurs endémiques et de montagnes oubliées.

La nuit tombée, frontale vissée, il traque photographiquement les ombres vivantes : gecko, phasme, et le mythique weta. Un voyage où la solitude devient compagne, la poussière un parfum, et chaque instant une conquête intérieure. À lire comme un carnet de route, à rêver comme un poème du bout du monde.

Sur la photo, on distingue un gros insecte brun orangé, un weta, photographié en gros plan sur un sol tapissé de mousse et de feuilles. Son corps est massif, segmenté, avec de longues pattes fines hérissées de petites épines. Sa tête arrondie porte deux antennes très fines et des mandibules visibles. La lumière du cliché met en valeur les reflets ambrés de sa carapace et le contraste avec le vert profond de la végétation environnante. L’ensemble évoque un instant de vie saisi dans la nature brute de l’Island Saddle, en Nouvelle-Zélande.
