Tomorrow will be two weeks since The UHC Adjuster took out that murdering CEO Brian Thompson. Yesterday another school got shot up, this time in Wisconsin.
But do GOP politicians respond by saying now is the time to enact responsible gun legislation? Finally time.
Absolutely not.
They just feed us a bullshit line about how violence isn’t the answer when talking about that murdering CEO. News commentators try to shame the public about reveling in vigilante justice and all the while nothing is done but add security details to the rich.
Instead the GOP focuses on one of the smallest, marginalized segments of the population wringing their hands over the plans to eradicate trans people.
#ItsTheFuckingGuns they should regulate to make children safe not trans people.
Ironically, the shooting took place at a Christian school named “Abundant Life.”

Yanno, I lost one of my kids in an actual war. My other two kids are involved in public education, my youngest son a high school teacher and his older sister on administrative staff for a school in Minnesota. I hate to say it but the start of a new school year tends to concern me a little for my other two kids and the concern is a little reminiscent of what I felt every day their older brother Ryan was deployed to SW Asia in 2005 and 2006.
