I also really love #JewelleryMaking. Still learning how to do wire wrapping! My husband chose this blue chalcedony, and I wrapped it yesterday! I love the challenge of wrapping stones that aren’t “perfectly” shaped!

After starching and releasing the little lace pieces I decided to make two pair of earrings for some friends.

I really like the fiddly work of linking up the pieces with tiny rings. I should play with pliers more often!

I've been making earrings out of Mobius Knots of late. I have a whole bunch of jump rings and nothing to do with them, so figured I'd just go ham! I particularly like the rainbow mobius cluster, which is so colourful!

I didn’t have any posts or ear wires left, so I had to make my own. I'll probably replace them at some point, but as these are for me, I'm not that bothered by the mix of colours!

Earrings made from a cluster of Mobius Knots. The Mobii are made from jump rings coloured red, yellow, green, blue, purple and pink. They are held together with rose gold jump rings.

Just finished first attempt at making earrings, I need a little finesse, but fairly 😄

My latest jewelry piece! This is a chenille rope using 11/0 and 8/0 seed beads, with the end of the rope a few rows of herringbone stitch (with insertion) and at the tip a crystal bicone with a 3-bead picot.

Since the rope is hollow, I needed the bicone to "fill" at the end.

There is no clasp on this rope, with the intent being that you tie it however you want it, with the simplest being just an overhand knot, as is shown in the image. #mastoart #MelindreaMakes #JewelleryMaking

A necklace with larger beads that are dark gray/purple, and the smaller beads are pink/purple. It is quite long and a bit coiled, with an overhand knot holding it together.

Can also see that the ace and nonbinary bracelets have black and gold alternating beads as the rest of the bracelet

I overcompensated for the fastening a bit too much so I think there's too much tension on the elastic, will have to adjust it for the next one, but otherwise it worked out just as I imagined
