Ever wondered what a typical silver casting session looks like? Here's a peek behind the scenes of us removing our sterling silver designs from their plaster mold. We do this in an ordinary bucket, nothing fancy. When the metal is around 800 °F/ 427 °C we dunk it in the water. The high temp causes the surrounding water to boil and this turbulence helps break away the plaster from the silver.
