Much akin to the sentiment of #JohnLydon, "Anger is an energy", you can allow anger to consume you destructively, or you can channel and shape it as raw power to derive productive results, usually in tandem with the exercise of patience and deliberation. It's not easy, but for some folks (myself included) anger has often been the only thing that gets us out of the proverbial ditch.
