Takže jdeme poděkovat @smoon za navedení k prncipu monitoringu plamene v kotli a jdeme na detail problému konkrétně u mě.

Symptomy:
- náhodná chyba EA po delší odstávce (typicky ráno při prvním zápalu)
- později i náhodná chyba EA během dne

Diagnóza
- závada detekce plamene v kotli

Postup opravy
- vypnout kotel, je-li na pevným přívodu
- demontovat přední čelo kotle (4 šroubky)
- demontovat ventilátor pumpující vzduch do kotle (1 matice, 2 konektory)
- sundat blok s elektrodami (pozor na těsnění!)
- brusný papír <P120 a šmrdlat elektrodu, dokud nevypadá zase jako elektroda
- vše složit zpět, pozor na správné usazení kabelů elektrod

Výsledek?
- počet zbylých šroubů: 0
- počet zkurvených držáků: 0
- náklady na opravu: kolik stojí čtvrtka brusného papíru?
- počet ušetřených českých korun: +-1000 Kč
- po opravě funguje: ano
- dělal bych to znovu: kdykoliv

Brnkačka - nemusí se sahat do plynový armatury (to bych do toho nešel), samotná sborka-rozborka je do půl hodiny a nejdýl trvá šmrdlání brusným papírem. Za málo práce hodně muziky

Potřebuju radu od plynařů a instalatérů.

Nevíte někdo, jak #Bosch #Heatronic detekuje plamen v kotli? Na mým #Junkers kotli mi posledních 14 dní skáče ráno nouzák, občas stačí reset, občas musim dva.

Zároveň ale vim, že kotel celej den funguje normálně a i to ráno, kdy hlásí chybu EA (nezjištěn plamen), jsou radiátory vlažný, takže tam evidentně nějakej oheň byl 😀

Je mi divný, že to dělá jen ráno a základní check je v pohodě:
- vzduchový čerpadlo běží
- jiskry skáčou o stošest, nevynechává, zapálení pro vodu vždy v pohodě
- #plyn tam evidentně je taky, jinak by zlobila i voda
