Si non, vous en aviez entendu parlé ? vous avez des raisons de ne pas l'utiliser ?

C'est un « command runner » (exécuteur de commandes ?).
D'après ce que j'ai compris, c'est un comme make mais pas pour compiler, comme des fonctions dans .[ba|z]shrc mais mieux organisé, comme ansible mais en local et multilingue (via des shebang).
