I thought that my damaged knee might really hate me starting again with #shotokan #Karate , but i seem to do it right enough after all these years of not training at all. And being caucious enough, that it is only slightly irritated, but never truly hurting.
My fitness is still lacking and to recall the Katas i once knew is hard. But i still enjoy it and the movements still feel naturall to me.
I dare to hope that i might manage to get 3th Kyu next year.
That'd be something.

1994's Black Belt Angels is bad. I mean it's maybe something a pre-teen girl might enjoy and maybe her little brother would get into it, but it's not for anyone over the age of, say, 13. Mad that I saw it? No, but I could have found a better use of my time.
