@fzer0 Hab mal ein paar Sommer nacheinander Kombucha gemacht. Eigentlich mega-eifnach: Du machst einen stark gesüßten Tee, vergärst den mittels Scoby (symbiontic culture of bacteria and yeast). Und am ende ziehst Du es mit der Gewürzzutat (zB Hanf, Himbeeren, Nüssen, Blüten) auf Flaschen und lässt es nochmal ein paar Tage weiter gären bis es Kohlensäure und Aroma hat (ähnlich wie Bier, dass gehopft wird). War auch immer ein Geschmackserlebnis...

Orange zest + honey worked quite nicely for my second ferment of the kombucha. I also did some with lemon zest.
Mixing frozen fruit right in with the yogurt as soon as it's going into containers is also working great for making it a more attractive snack/breakfast choice.
Lilac syrup!
I decided to try making this for the first time. Super simple. I picked 3 large clusters of flowers, separated the petals from the stems, simmered the petals in sugar syrup for 15 minutes, and let it sit for a few hours before straining.
Desert was vanilla ice cream with lilac syrup.
Tastes a bit like lavender.
I also started a batch of kombucha today. Fingers crossed, in a few weeks I'll have blueberry lilac kombucha.
Next year, sakura syrup.
