In case you want to see what the underneath of a 2019 Hyundai Kona Electric looks like....

I was going to put the new engine cover on but it turns out the centre cover is broken as well. :( You can see the jagged edge and the crack in the plastic near the middle of the leading edge.

I won't be able to replace that one myself. So Ill have to get the part and bring it to my body shop to have them do it.

@Lydie 5 miles per KWh is really good. I have a VW e-golf, which is a small car, and I get numbers like that. For a bigger EV like the #Kona, that’s fabulous.

My #Hyundai #Kona electric is pretty darn efficient.

EDIT: This drive was through the mountains of WV, lots of very long upslopes and very long downslopes.

Top horloge, zou ik iedereen aanraden. Alleen ... kijk: hij weet de tijd natuurlijk als de beste, heeft GPS en alles. Maar *elke* keer als het zomer of wintertijd is ... moet IK ( ja ik ) *zelf* in het menu aanvinken of ik zomertijd of wintertijd wil.

Gek toch? Ook echt best vervelend, ik heb er genoeg voor betaald?

Not our #Kona quiet quitting before even reaching 50% charge... 💀

12V is now outputting 14V. Up from 13.3V just after the issues. So I definitely suspect it is weak. Maybe when it was in the shop it got drained somehow. Or maybe it was from earlier today when I had the trailer hooked up and the lights on. Maybe it was drawing power when the car was off, which has happened #cars #ev #kona #hyundai

Got a boost with a Lithium booster pack and got me home. The car is currently on and I am monitoring the 12V battery with car scanner but I will have to get a new battery tomorrow #cars #ev #kona #hyundai

I suspect the 12V battery is low/dead. We are on our 2nd battery in this car, and that was quite a few miles ago. Currently waiting for an assist with a car with some jumpers.
At least this happened within walking distance of home. But I feel bad for the door dash orders that got cancelled! #cars #ev #kona #hyundai

Car troubles!
She seems to be having trouble detecting the key?? Have tried both keys now. It is kind of freaking out... so I have unplugged the 12V battery to let the computer completely reset?? Otherwise I might be SOL. Once I plug the battery back in I will see if the voltage is low and check it with the car scanner to see if any other messages are there. Might need a tow home!

Sitze gerade im Auto und mache Navigationskartenupdate. Normalerweise geht das Over the air, aber ca. einmal im Jahr will er doch einen USB-Stick mit 25GB #Kartenupdate mampfen.
Aber die Geschwindigkeit des Updates... Schnecken beim Salatmampfen zusehen ist spannender.
