i like how the new version of #libreoffice now actually offers a "use a white page background" setting right when you start it for the first time, i had problems locating it (and so, while using the dark theme, i had text show up as black on dark gray)

quand #libreOffice s'affiche avec du texte noir sur du "papier" noir parce que tu as un thème sombre pour ton environnement de bureau...

Hat jemand eine Ahnung, warum in #LibreOffice Calc meine .ods Tabelle (keine Formatierung, keine Formeln, unter 200 Datensätze, 47 KB) beim Speichern als .csv plötzlich absurde 18,5 MB(!) groß wird? Und wie ich das behebe?

Me gusta #LibreOffice, pero a veces hace cosas raras como la siguiente:

- Descargo un documento que había impreso ayer. Veo que la paginación no es la misma. Quizá sea que un texto, cuyo título y autor estan en Comic Sans, no ha salido en Comic Sans. Lo cambio. Se va de largo el número de páginas. Me rindo. Revierto los cambios y lo imprimo tal cual está.

Por la impresora sale la paginación de ayer.
Toma #Wysiwyg!

(Otro fallo de wysiwyg en LibreOffice es la exportación a pdf o impresión de documentos con emojis a color, pero supongo que ahí influirán otras cosas).

Ich habe gewechselt. Aber nicht, weil ich musste (Win 11 lief bereits seit Jahren auf dem PC), sondern es wollte. Weg von Microsoft. Weg von einem dieser Tech-Konzerne.
MS Office hatte ich bereits etliche Monate zuvor durch #LibreOffice ersetzt, das selbstverständlich auch unter Linux läuft.

Da es in einem Artikel auf @gnulinux gerade um Textverarbeitungssysteme geht - kurzer Hinweis auf die Funktion "Kapitelnummerierung" in LibreWriter. Der Menüpunkt ist unter "Extras" zu finden.

Kann nützlich sein, wenn man z. B. Markdown-Dateien importiert.

Trying to work on a a revision of a presentation made with #LibreOffice #Impress but when opening the ODP file it simply opens Impress without loading any content. There is not a single slide being visible but all the application UI is there. It's like the rendering broken, scrolling messes up the document are and it happens on any device so far opening that file.

Any idea how to approach and fix this? 🤔 Right now I'm trying LibreOffice 25.8.3.2 on Fedora.

Edit: Well, exporting to PPTX and then to ODP again makes the file render correctly again but the the ODP size has doubled. Eh. 😅 Feels kind of messy.

Collabora n'est pas complètement compatible, mais #LibreOffice l'est beaucoup plus. Donc. Tu ouvres en local ton fichier avec LibreOffice, tu l'enregistrer au format qui t'intéresse et tu l'upload sur ton nextcloud. Collabora devrait être content. Sûrement des trucs à retoucher, à voir
