Bộ Công an đang đề xuất bỏ bài thi mô phỏng trong kỳ sát hạch lấy giấy phép lái xe. Theo dự thảo, thí sinh sẽ chỉ cần trải qua 3 phần thi: lý thuyết, thực hành lái xe trong hình và thực hành lái xe trên đường. Đề xuất nhằm đơn giản hóa quy trình, giảm tải cho người thi, đang được lấy ý kiến rộng rãi.

I have been thinking about #AI a bit. I think they resemble compiled binary program, which is difficult to disassemble. Even though it is clever machine, it is still only machine doing derivatives of original #sources used. Problem is sources used to train it are not recorded with that model. Like we do in @fedora with SPDX expressions. I think that is fair only in case the output is under the most permissive #license used in training data set. If public domain was used, output is it also.

The GPL is a copyleft license, which may be very important in the coming years to fight the grab an run. We have to protect ourselves from malicious coders.
The AGPL adds clauses that do this for server code, where the code generated website content and the code is not shared.
Who can point me to a legal write up of GPL versus AGPL for code that runs in the browser, like client-side JavaScript and webasm?
