Thumb rule for #LithiumIon cells:

4.2V - max voltage, full charge: nom +17%
3.6V - nom voltage
3.0V - cut-off voltage, empty: nom -17%

Multiply by number of cells in series to get #battery pack voltages.
E.g. Tesla Model S, 96 cells in series, max nom min = 403V, 346V, 288V.
