I went #litterpicking after lunch and it was incredible the number of cigarette butts that were around just one bench. Next time, I won't be surprised if I have to pick up a pair of someone's blackened lungs.

I do regular litter-picking in my local area. Hedgerows, ditches, and ground off the main footpaths tend to be the most 'fruitful' areas. They are also the locations the streetscene team won't necessarily check as often as more publicly visible locations..

Das Wasser hat unendlich viel Müll freigelegt, der vielleicht schon viele Jahre im Sand vergraben lag, Flaschen, Plastik, Kinderspielzeug, ein Anker, Taue ...
