I watched videos of previous runs, where people were sprinting down a steep course, bashing through the shrine doors with all …

End Of Days: Mostly a strong conclusion to the series. The final battle between Harry and Sam is as exciting as you'd expect, and seeing Eve switch sides again to help Harry during it is satisfying. I am a little confused as to how Harry survived the explosion and faked his death though, and the episode is surprisingly open-ended, with the bracelets having survived, even though this is the last ever episode.

Blinded by the Light: A great penultimate episode, which deals with the ramifications of Suri's death very well. I like that it pushes Harry down a morally dubious path, forcing an ambulance off the road. It brings some real consequences to his recklessness, when the ambulance crashes and its driver ends up seriously injured as a result, and this third series couldn't make me hate Eve more.

The Art Of War: Great episode that explores the consequences of Harry's reckless actions. The fallout between the brothers after Rich loses his flat is brilliant, as it pushes Harry and shows how his behaviour negatively affects the people around him. Similarly, the ending with Suri getting shot establishes how Harry's impulsive decision making can backfire, as he is the one most eager to go through with the press conference to lure Samuel Blake out.

The Sins of the Father: This one is a bit of a calmer episode after the last few. Seeing Eve going further down the dark path is interesting, and Harry's downward spiral, even betting Rich's flat and losing, is quite an engrossing depiction of gambling addiction.

Missing Persons: This is probably my favourite episode so far. It's full of twists and reveals, like Harry's bracelet becoming more unlucky until eventually he will die, and Eve turning against him. It's nice seeing Suri back working alongside Harry too, after this series had kept them apart for so long.

The Zero Option: A gripping heist caper. It sees Harry breaking into the prison storage facility to steal the gun back that has his fingerprints on, from when Isabella shot herself. There's also some tense scenes with Samuel making Harry choose who to save between Shuri and Eve.

Run Rabbit Run: A gripping second episode to Series 3. Harry as a fugitive being hunted by the policeman who was once his work partner adds a great new dimension to the plot, and the reveal that Samuel Blake is MI6 is a heck of a twist.

Facing Your Demons: This one feels much bigger budget than the others, because of the Hong Kong setting. It's a thrilling opener to the third series, seeing Harry falsely accused of murdering Isobel and something happening to his bracelet. Transitioning him from a police detective to a fugitive on the run promises to add a fresh new dynamic to the series.

A Hero of Our Time: A heck of a conclusion to the second season. Isabella's fate is epic, and I hope Suri survives, especially as it would be interesting to see her dynamic with Harry, now she knows about the lucky bracelet. I'm guessing nobody will get Isabella's bracelet, considering how Eva seemed to chuck it into the river.

Lamb To The Slaughter: A fantastic episode which riases the stakes considerably. It shows the consequences of the wrong person getting the bracelet, with Jay becoming addicted to the luck and resulting in his brother's death. It also features the heartbreaking demise of Alistair, really demonstrating that nobody is safe from Isobel.

The Fallen Angel: I enjoyed this one a lot. It escalates the Isabel situation greatly, showing how she uses the bracelet to create a series of deaths regards guilty criminals being tracked by the police. It also ends on a heck of a cliffhanger, with Harry seemingly dying after being electrocuted.

Second Chance: An interesting episode, concerning inner corruption inside the police force in relation to a pair of murders connected to the casino. Isabella continues to be fascinating too with the lengths she goes to with Eve.

The Point of No Return: A gripping episode about a hitman who kills several people on a flight. It digs deep into Harry's distrust of Isabella, and Isabella's confrontation with Eve in this episode is a dramatically powerful scene too.

What Lies Beneath: A gripping instalment, regards a series of murders involving people with lung transplants. Harry's suspicions of Isabella are interesting, especially as she seems to be using her lucky bracelet to kill her enemies.

The Trojan Horse: A great episode. This one feels topical even in 2024, seven years after release, considering it is about a driverless car that's hacked. It also does a good job at showing how Harry's romance with Isabella is turning him more reckless and immoral.

Double Bluff: This episode reminds me a lot of the Professor Pyg episode in Gotham. It's a really dark tale about a butcher working with Golding who chops up his human victims and puts him in pies. It's a great watch, and leaves you fearful for poor Eve, kidnapped by Golding and the butcher.

Playing with Fire: Quite an interestingly complex episode, concerning a series of hate crimes in relation to a vicar performing gay conversion therapy. There's a neat twist, with the murderer being a guy who was in love with a gay individual who was converted into being straight. It also ends with a satisfyingly dark conclusion, showing the vicar Huxley being knocked over by a van, seemingly caused by a lucky bracelet.

Luck Be A Lady: In my opinion, this is a stronger opener to the one for the first series. It sets up an intriguing mystery, with a woman called Isabella who also has a lucky bracelet. The central crime of the week is interesting also, concerning a guy called Amit who has committed several murders.

Leap of Faith: Quite an action-packed finale, with Harry escaping from the prison. Golding seems thoroughly evil, and those last ten minutes are some of the most exciting on a drama available on NOW TV. Sometimes series finales can be underwhelming, but this one resolves the first series well.
