Here is one of the entrances to Nantou Ancient City. Some parts of it, like this gate, look pretty old still, and I think they’ve also found some ruins, but some of Nantou Ancient City is pretty new. Once you pass the gates there are a lot of modern cafes and shops. Near my apartment is this small river or stream or whatever. It runs north-south right along a main road. One part I often walk by usually has birds in it and I try to take photos of them. Another area has this little crossing area that you can walk down and over. I think there are actually a couple but this is the one I most often see
