Smoked mackerel on dark rye sourdough, with horseradish and homemade quick pickle onions for lunch today!

Didn't think I'd like this particular sourdough from Aldi as I'm not usually a fan of dark rye, but I'm glad we gave it a try as it's really nice, and went perfect with the mackerel.

For lunch today I had this kombu dashi soup stock with pickled veg, dried mushrooms, Quorn smoky ham slices and a boiled egg, with some added spicy seasoning. It's one of my favourite soups to have for lunch 😋

I've got a Babybel with cream crackers, a couple Quorn smoky ham slices, a freshly boiled egg with spicy seasoning, and the rest of my Tom Yum soup to go with it.
