So I got the Lantern working easily enough. New bulbs and battery. The AC Adapter is at home so we will plug it in when I get back.

Redid the Laptops CMOS battery and Thermal Compound. Last night trying to update GCC it was burning around 85C. Now its down around 50C. Cleaned all the fur out of the Heat Sink and replaced the Thermal Compound with PTM7950 and it seems to have improved the situation.

All and all a successful day.
