#Hetzner -Support hat auf meine Anfrage die Meldung geprüft und als Fehlerkennung eingestuft. Dies wurde nun auch vom #malwarebytes -Support bestätigt. Die entsprechenden Erkennungslisten wurden aktualisiert. #BrowserGuard meldet die Seite nun nicht mehr als kompromittiert.
Danke an beide Dienste für prompte Reaktion und Klärung innerhalb kürzester Zeit.

Infosec YouTubers have been recommending this for years, and Malwarebytes support has to deal with the consequences.
On a related topic, if you are a YouTuber with a large following who is known and trusted for security advice, please check with the developer before recommending use of a hidden undocumented feature. Not calling out anyone in particular, definitely not commenting on a large security YouTuber who put out a video criticizing Malwarebytes recently and tested it with that "feature" enabled...
