Today's #aperitif #aperitivo is the truffle #Martini from Alessandro Palazzi:
25ml potato vodka
75ml truffle infused vodka*
A rinse of dry vermouth
Spray coat a frozen glass with dry vermouth (I used a top notch one: Bordiga dry), the pour 25ml of frozen vodka and 75 ml of frozen truffle vodka*.
Garnish with an olive from the fridge and enjoy while it's still super cold.

*infuse the vodka with a white truffle for a month, then forget it in the freezer till the end of summer! Super tasty!
