I tried setting some of my favorite accounts to "receive all notifications" and that was a big mistake! So, I've been putting those accounts into an A-List list so hopefully I won't miss any posts from my favs (without blowing my notifications up).

Today is the day I turned my post quote default settings to 'only me', which is where I'd have preferred the default to start.
I had to use the desktop interface to do that, as the Tusky app doesn't show it yet.
Does it apply to old public posts as well?
In general, I'd prefer instances to take a cautious approach to new features that make people more vulnerable to being taken out of context.
