*Note: This study is particularly interesting to me personally as a parent of a child, now an adult, who began experiencing hallucinations at four years of age. Look at that hazard ratio! Yes it is a tiny sample, but that is what one gets with early-onset psychosis which is extremely rare.

Reviews of 60 randomized controlled trials involving 160,000 people, and 225 observational studies of more than 132 million people, demonstrate that the HPV vaccination is effective. Absolutely, it’s astounding how far we’ve come. What once was an unavoidable tragedy is now rare thanks to public health, vaccines, and better living conditions. Still, it’s crucial not to take these gains for granted and to keep investing in healthcare access for all children everywhere.
