Just deactivated Threads, Instagram, and X. All of which are scheduled for deletion. That felt really good. At this point, staying on there in any capacity feels like I’m being complicit.

2025 will likely be the year I stop keeping my unused profiles on X, Threads, and Instagram as placeholder accounts and finally permanetly delete them like I did with Facebook many years ago.

It’s difficult to do when you work in Tech, want to maintain a presence and connection to the vast majority of colleagues, friends, and family that actively use those platforms, and use the platforms for broadcasting.

Regardless, I did it with Facebook and am fine. I just need to commit.

So for those of you keen on moving towards the #MINDDiet (combo of #mediterraneandiet and #DASHdiet), I highly recommend this bean stew.

A bean eater I’m not but it was good!

We ate it with homemade Seeded Multigrain Sourdough, gremolata and a plate of olive 🫒 oil drizzled with balsamic vinegar.

As good as any Italian restaurant I haven’t been to since Covid started. 
Really it’s the recipe, not me! 😂

A #fatbomb #snack for two! Half an #avocado, a pinch of #curcumin, black pepper, and salt. The black pepper significantly increases the absorption of the #brainboosting curcumin, a spice known to reduce risk of #dementia. Easy, tasting, and satisfying!
