Good morning!

I wrote about my little mighty moka pot, and the bliss of ritual.

I wasn't going to publish this one. It's a little different than my normal essays. But here we are. What the hell.

watching this vid located Nakhon Ratchasima I noticed this coffee vendor using some kind of custom made clamps on his Moka pots - I assume for rapidly switching between Moka pots as he makes lots of coffee for customers but not exactly sure? Any ideas?

Two moka pots and a tea pot with plants inside.

My #mokapot recipe is 12g coffee, 90g water in a 3 cup moka pot. Ground about 2/3rds of the way between an #espresso and an aeropress. This makes a roughly 72g shot. I find it comparable to a small long black (i.e. a 36g espresso with 36g hot water).

This will suffice until I teardown the Gaggia!

I though my favorite #coffee is made on the #mokapot until I met the #FrenchPressCoffee ☕ :cupofcoffee:

@coffee I'm considering my first grown-up grinder upgrade from a #Timemore C3. We brew with #AeroPress, #MokaPot (might be getting a #Brikka too), and #V60. Would a #1zpresso X-Ultra be a good upgrade? It looks like I'd gain a lot more precision and the external adjustment would add convenience.

The heavenly aroma of freshly brewed #coffee filled the air this morning. Just like any other morning.

The #MokaPot produced enough foam, and it was so good to watch. I love this Brazil Santos coffee beans from our local roastery.

The oat milk #latte, with its smooth and velvety texture, was like a warm hug in a mug. I think I need another one. 😋
