I had this idea that it would be hilarious to make sexy Mouth of Sauron and as usual I did too much but I love it. I drafted the corset and the cloak patterns, I 3d printed the crown and sword. I made all the under layers and I bought the boots secondhand. #sewing #costume #lotr #mouthofsauron

I finally saw the Lord of the Rings movies on the weekend (extended edition, even). After so many years looking at Iron Maiden imagery, when they met this chap at the Black Gate, I felt like I was running into an old friend.
