Yesterday started okay, but a neck ache got so out of control that I was too dizzy to stand & it cost me the one meal I’d eaten.

I then slept over 12hrs.

The dizziness has passed, the neck better, but I’m cautious. Water only while I continue with the book.

I’m exhausted, but what a sensational day. Yes, there was a drive in the fog, & another in the rain.

Yesterday, I went to Pattee Canyon, climbed high on Mount Sentinel, descended Crazy Canyon, & crossed some vast, open slopes for the views while it snowed in the mountains.
