* Until 845 AM EST.
* At 813 AM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of
producing a tornado was located 6 miles northeast of
Columbus, moving north at 45 mph.
HAZARD... Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT... Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught
without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or
destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will
occur. Tree damage is likely.
* This dangerous thunderstorm will remain over mainly
rural areas of central Rutherford and central Polk
Counties, including the following locations... Shingle
Hollow, Green Hill, Mill Spring, Thermal City, and Lake
Adger.
