But I have a good excuse! Sammy and I welcomed a new baby into our family - she was born en caul, at sunrise last Thursday.

We’re grateful she’s healthy and very cute! Let's just say, those cuddles make up for sleepless nights.

Night 2 at home w baby and @nullagent is taking primary caregiver duty while I get some rest. It's the most sleep I've gotten all week, even though I'm still waking up every 2-3 hrs to breastfeed and take my painkillers.

I'm engorged as hell + feeling the stitches from two first-degree tears, but god, sleep is incredible.

Our baby boy came home today. Still can hardly believe it. When we drove to court this morning we weren’t sure if it was going to happen today as one form was still being processed, but the judge gave her okay and he came home with us. #adoption #newParent
