I made it a #newYearResolution to try and learn some more #html, #css and maaaaybe some #js this year.
So I updated my blog post listing from a single line per post to rows of cards, each with a short excerpt and date/author in the card footer.
Now I'm equally happy and unhappy about it, because I enjoyed figuring it out, it looks okay for what it is, but I liked the list better for its simplicity.
I might go back to the list and fancy that up a bit.

New year resolution.... less screen-time?
Occasionally I get drawn back to #Reddit to scroll context. But, I always eventually realize it's empty calories. #Lemmy is a good #ContentAggregator. Last week I deleted the Reddit app and my battery sprung back to life! I thought it was just an old phone dying. Even when I went days without opening it my battery would drain. #NewYearResolution is to keep away from Reddit and keep #MyData mine. #Eternity is a great ##Adroid Lemmy so.

I'm guessing were all perfect lol....
This year, it’s all about focusing on the things I can control. So much of life can be overwhelming and anxiety-inducing, so I’m determined to steer clear of that. Instead, I’m going to focus on building new, healthier habits that will bring joy to me and my family. What’s your plan?

Spent the morning getting a new film scan workflow organized. Files and folders are now named consistently, backed up in nextcloud (with virtual folder providing a way to offload files that have been worked on).
Not automated but if done when I process the negatives into negfiles, it should be minimal copy pasting.
My New Year's Resolution: regularly scanning my own websites and web apps with nikto and other tools to find security flaws.

其实去年我也好几次尝试换用，但每次还是不多久又换回toot!了。这款买断制付费app是我测试过的apps里面最符合我个人使用习惯的。但它已经太久不更新了（应该是在mastodon3.x的时期），很多功能缺失不说，一些产品细节也影响体验，比如我在web端设置filter的嘟文会被它原样显示出来
这次替换我决定打定决心努力适应新的产品逻辑，不能抱着旧用户习惯做参照系了。在我试过的各种apps中

icecubes是最让我满意、而且是一款开源且免费的apps。我还是认为比起那几款订阅制客户端，默嘟象用户更应该给自己所在的实例捐款，因为实例才承担了用户体验的主要成本。
当然任何apps都不可能百分百满足一个人的需求（比如icecubes就不提供我喜欢的以绝对时间显示时间戳），但它是在可选项中最接近的。

Can anyone recommend a legitimate carbon offset company or organization? Or perhaps your preferred organization to donate to for fighting against the climate crisis?
I don't fly much, but I want to make a concerted effort to do something to offset the damage any time I do have to fly.
