I'm not sure why, but it seems as if the GitHub Continuous Integration checks are just... hanging? They were queued for a really long time and I stopped looking and when I checked again it was like "running" or whatever for 9 hours, but clearly probably nothing is actually happening.

Builds locally OK!

It's been a couple of days since I submitted that PR, and my apologies for lagging upstream as well. My life has been kinda, off.

I'll probably get around to emailing the MacPorts' dev mailing list if it still seems to be stalled and no one else beats me to it. Presumably, eventually, it will get merged!

I'm thinking of migrating away from Bitwarden and using KeepassXC. I just have to find a way to keep the Keepass database synchronized with my devices. Most likely with Nextcloud.

Bitwarden's recent UI changes are irksome and remind me why I can't stand JavaScript.

@PaulaToThePeople Most of my filters are set to collapse rather than hide posts, and I'd probably use a meme filter in the same way.

In fact, what would be absolutely joy-bringing would be a filter that produced:

That is kind-of what is left of /all/ uncached images when I've unintentionally left the browser in #noJavascript mode and gone back to the mastodon tab. So maybe even a bit of code injected into the local browser might do this....

Great benefit of going #nojavascript #nojs on your #SmallWeb is being able to have full access to your web over experimental or retro #os. I just did a merry #solstice status update on mine. From #mothra. Running on #9front in #qemu running on top of #twm in #termux running on low end #android tablet. And yes, you can have decent user experience on mouse oriented system without a mouse using just trackpad / touchscreen.

Thanks again for your and others' continued improvements to snac! Specifically I noticed shout outs to nowster and Shamar in the RELEASE_NOTES.md and I seem to recall watching the discourse about the PID locking suggested and discussed rather collaboratively too!

(My apologies for the delay. The Makefile was slightly modified, which in turn broke the $files/Makefile.patch applied by MacPorts so I needed to rework that which took me a bit longer than usual given other work obligations I have had today.

Though not a concern for upstream, for MacPorts users I also noticed the following warning when running % port test:

"Warning: violation by /opt/local/man
Warning: snac violates the layout of the ports-filesystems!
Warning: Please fix or indicate this misbehavior (if it is intended), it will be an error in future releases!"

Though, it appears as if the man pages are where I think they should be for MacPorts? I have never seen that Warning before, so my guess is something about MacPorts intended prescriptive behavior has been changed but I am not exactly certain what the expected behavior is supposed to be now? I will look into it further, but hopefully it isn't a concern for users at the moment; just thought I would mention it for the sake of being thorough!

However, it's entirely possible I messed something up too; so if others with greater wisdom than I see that Warning and know what to do to correct it, or if they encounter any other issues with MacPorts' snac, others are more than welcome to submit Pull Requests with improvements! Or feel free to open up an issue on MacPorts Trac instance at https://trac.macports.org and I'll look into it.)
