VVMylk unsweetened Oat milk powder review:

I can see why the supermarkets haven't touched this - it's not all that similar to regular oat milk.

The powder mixes up easily in water, but makes a faintly yellow suspension that settles out quite quickly. The taste is acceptable but not particularly milky, and the mouthfeel is distinctly watery.

But where this milk really falls down is that it seems to disappear without trace into hot drinks, imparting nothing but cloudiness and a faintly oaty flavour. It's like someone with a biscuit had a sneaky dunk while your back was turned.

A disappointment, but it was too good to be true. It did prompt me to learn a bit about how oat milk is produced, which leads me to believe that the 2D printed sheets I see coming on to the European market may work but powders probably won't.
