Had a blast at Klatovy this weekend. My old-meets-new build was a great success. Flying a Samurai v1 on 4S (Katana 2700kv motors) combined with DJI O4 Lite (with a fly woo correction lens) was like getting a lasik. Such a great picture, and pretty minimal latency variation in race mode. With absolutely no practice this year I couldn't have more fun than I had.

You are preaching to the choir - it's actually kinda difficult to get a well-designed case *without* a window - but it makes us old farts fossils in the gamer kids' eyes.
Same with internal components encrusted with programmable LEDs...
TTW you start writing, realize you'd kind of like a Martini, get up to start making it, get the vermouth out of the fridge, start idly clearing space on the counter to mix in while ruminating about writing stuff, finish clearing the counter, go back to writing...
...and then 15 minutes later you realize the vermouth is still sitting there on the counter and you still don't have a drink. 🤦🏻
Now I have to get up again.

For my sad birthday my wife gifted me with an Orbital concert over the weekend. They play in Brno in the summer, so obviously we went to Maastricht.*
Jokes aside, the show was special in its focus on the green and brown album. The latter was what I grew up on, looping Lush and Impact about a million times. Having two old farts blast acid to more old farts got me a little emotional.
