For those of us who loved STW, that game was more than just a game. It was a place where I could be myself—genuinely, safely. STW was one-of-a-kind. I don’t know if others can relate exactly, but when I played it, I didn’t feel stressed. And if I was stressed, I could go into the game and cut my character, build things, or just explore. It was a way to breathe. I felt safe.

And Sam, you took that away.

I understand that you were going through something hard, feeling depressed, and maybe overwhelmed. I get it. But did you stop to ask how the game made us feel? Did you even consider that you could’ve just left it up—even broken—as a still, quiet world for us to return to?

The M&Ms suddenly started talking about #crochet and making little #amigurumi #frogs. On returning home, I, once again, taught them how to chain and single crochet. While they were getting to grips with those (Bean has now given up and Monkey is making a bookmark), I made this - no pattern.
