There were warming stations and someone was giving out hot chocolate at their house.

PS, we were there right at opening. It got REALLY BUSY REALLY FAST - what you see in the image was maybe just the first twenty minutes. I would love to know whether there is a lot more attendance by people on foot and by bike during the nights where Candy Cane Lane is "closed" to cars!

We used to do #OpenStreets twice a year. Now we're down to once a year, and they're going to switch between mostly non over-lapping routes on alternate years...... Yeah.... Great......
