I went to see the concert by Divertimento this evening. It was very good, as usual. They have a new conductor who was good, and very entertaining to watch. She's a little slip of a thing, but occupies a large space on the podium and she conducts so energetically she looks like she will turn cartwheels and/or fly off. It's always fun to see a great communicator in that spot.
