All boats overstaying here this summer have had warning emails from CRT's automated system.
Some staff have said not to worry because where can we go? But we're trying to get CRT to put it in writing, since every staffer says something different.
Folks taking calls at the newly centralised call centre are nice but don't know wet from dry, and their managers default to confrontation.
