Would you believe that! After taking some time to build back my inventory in the #Overworld I decided to keep working on some things in the #Nether. I spotted a little blip of XP where I had been working and decided to go get it and suddenly items were popping into my inventory. Turns out that while I had burnt up in the lava, my items found this tiny little gap made by a warped tree.

So the #Minecraft #modpack I've been working on is seriously taking shape!

Tomorrow we'll be starting another #test playthrough after I had to thoroughly rework the modlist and kick out some mods with stubborn/ignorant devs and incompatibilities, fine-tune some over- and underpowered recipes, introduce the #Rats! mod, adjust worldgen features etc.

It's still far from finished, I've probably missed a bunch of rough edges and the quest book also is lacking for the most part but I'm confident I've eventually managed a playable version that doesn't need any major changes anymore 😎

Trying my best to get into #Overworld

In spite of its many qualities, I'm struggling to enjoy it. I don't mind a difficult game. Hell, one of my favourites is Project Zomboid and that is notoriously troublesome to play. There are only so many bad gameplay choices I can put up with. If something isn't fun, then there comes a point when I just walk away from it.

I wanted to show this one for a long time.

It's a #poster from the #overworld "A Link to the Past". It's a german version of the #map, and it's looks like it was drawn by hand.

There is also a game manual and a small booklet with some #hints. It says that you should only use it if you get stuck. And I took that very seriously at this time. It was a crime to look in there. lol
