got a mail letting me know that it's 100 days since Persona 5 The Phantom X global launch. I've logged in every day so far, and I honestly can't remember another game with as big a swing from "I hate this" to "I love this" ever

initially the gacha mechanics pissed me right off but I decided to just accept the game for what it is and appreciate the things it does well, and it's actually a really solid Persona game with an excellent battle system and a fantastic soundtrack (seriously some of the tracks I can see being played at the live shows)

I have spent money on it, about the same as three full price console games, which over three months I'm happy with

beat the event boss Genbu 4 at the first attempt, without the new 5* character Tropical Motoha, am pretty pleased with that!

might try 5 tomorrow but I'm not sure it'll be doable without her and the rewards honestly don't look worth it
