For the longest time, I THOUGHT I HAD to work 9–5 (or the Danish equivalent 8-4)... even though I built an entire business to not do that.
I had made the structure to fit myvery own rhythm and give myself freedom and flexibility - but I hadn’t given myself permission to live inside it.
Because deep in my own little Pandora’s Box, was a whole tangle of guilt, programming, and inherited beliefs about how I SHOULD be showing up.
Things like:
⏰ You should be awake early.
😴 You shouldn’t rest at weird times.
💡 You shouldn’t be building dreams at 10pm.
I know it's business related, but I hope you catch my drift.
Opening that box didn’t make it worse, though - it freed me.
And now I honour my body, my creativity, and my flow like they’re sacred. And keep practising it, because I still feel the pull of old habits. But the decision to go my own way is final!
