In the 1950s, the interior was renovated by Gillespie, Kidd and Coia and turned into a residence for the Notre Dame College of Education (also in Bearsden). Most recently, it has been converted into residential flats.

Wellpark House on Partickhill Road in Glasgow. Built in a Jacobean style, it is thought to have been constructed around the 1860s.

Starting as a private house, it be came a Roman Catholic seminary in 1874. In 1906 the seminary moves out to Bearsden, and it became a hostel for student teachers called Saint Kentigern's Hostel.
