Final version of the Skeptic's Elixir from #pathfinder2e 's #abominationvaults adventure path. This was a lot of fun to make. I wanted a small project to mess around with lighting, color, and the compositor and I got to use grease pencil and the freestyle tool to make it look a little hand-drawn. Also, with Blender’s compositor, I was able to use the kuwahara filter and some other tweaks to get this effect.

Stone Armor Powder (5e)

When you pour this gritty powder onto your armor, it forms a layer of stone that temporarily grants a +1 bonus to AC for 1 minute while still allowing the armor to flex as normal without hindering your movement. If an attack would critically hit you, the layer of stone takes the brunt of the damage—the attack results in a hit instead of a critical hit, and the stone shatters, dealing 1d4 bludgeoning damage to adjacent creatures and ending the powder’s effect.

I my previous #PathFinder2e session, I noticed that one of my players was trying to take advantage of the fact that his attack cantrip had longer range than the enemies' shortbows. Therefore, I'm now drawing a battlemap where he will have the chance to do just that - the PCs will find themselves coming into a valley with a good overview of what's below - where they will find plenty of goblins trying to charge them from the distance. Should be fun.

Anoche tuvimos la primera sesión de Pathfinder 2e. Nuestro grupo no sé si será competente, pero es un montón de gente interesante con sus motivos y personalidades bien definidas.

Por supuesto, ahí estaba mi enano alquimista, Rado Rocafría, con su familiar alquímico, un ratón de campo de ojos azules brillantes llamado Cebada. La mesa tuvo flashbacks de Avernus, pero prometo que haré lo posible para que Cebada no se convierta en otro Mordisquitos.

Pues mi primera sesión de #pathfinder2e empezó con una mofeta marcando a mi personaje justo antes de entrar a un banquete en una mansión y continuó con una pifia en diplomacia al tratar de pedir ayuda a una noble que organizaba el evento...no es muy prometedor el comiezo, la verdad 😅

Espero que mis acompañantes sean más competentes. Eso sí, son interesantes.

my version of So-Jin from #SeasonOfGhosts is like this too. she loved a human priestess once, but that human is long gone now and So-Jin is still there, physically almost unchanged.

I came across this pic. Not only do I just plain like it, but the feathers struck me as almost antennae. This could almost be a lightly armed Damaya warrior. Possibly an outrider? Or a professional bodyguard?

The weapon on her back intrigues me. Is it a two-headed polearm? I have always thought that an impressive weapon style, except in practical terms. An extra blade means there's no good butt or heel to rest aground. The weilder is either always carrying it or is grinding their blade's edge into the dirt. Thoughts?
