@bommel Das! 15-20% also 70-98 Milliarden € 😵💫 versickern übrigens im System pro Jahr, ohne irgendeine Leistung für #Patient*innen zu erbringen. Und vermutlich kommen uns noch viele andere "Selbstbereicherungen" teuer zu stehen, z. B. überteuerte #Medikamente, überzogene oder manipulierte Abrechungen, unnötige #Operationen aus Gewinnerzielungsabsicht.
Auf die Idee, da den Kontrolldruck zu erhöhen, die "Schmarotzer" zu streichen, kommt man gar nicht, wieso nur 🙄
Was at a doctor's office yesterday, and was asked to sign - note they never say "read and sign" - an agreement for the use of "Heidi" software, which was described as "note-taking software" along with the usual marketing fluff.
Of course, it's actually just "AI"-powered transcription software, presumably trained on a bit more medical text / patient files than a general-purpose model.
Independent investigations have shown these medical transcription "agents" result in terrible errors in patient files - some obvious, some not - which could result in brutal outcomes for patients, up to and including death by mistreatment / failure to treat.
So I circled the part that inconspicuously noted you can decline, and crossed out the part listing things you're agreeing to, and wrote "DECLINED" below that. Receptionist didn't blink an eye - so I'm not sure if they actually know handle people declining this (I doubt it). Probably she just checked the box on my file saying I'd signed - and presumably accepted - it.

Haha. Ihr glaubt es kaum. Ich habe mir gestern 40 Telefonnummern rausgeschrieben von #Facharztpraxen und geguckt, ob ich da mit #ÖPNV hinkomme und dann heute, während ich auf den Schornsteinfeger warte, telefoniert.
Nach 2 Stunden war ich erfolgreich! Eine #Praxis, die natürlich auch keine #Patient*innen mehr aufnimmt, gab mir die Nummer und Adresse einer Praxis, die am 2. Januar eröffnet und schon #Termine vergibt.
