Vi "Días perfectos" #perfectdays este fin de semana, me gustó y me impresionó.
Hirayama, el protagonista, al principio aparece como una persona poseedora de cierta sabiduría zen, de un arte de vivir. Después me surgió la duda de si su estilo de vida metódico y de recreación en pequeñas cosas no es más bien el resultado de ser una persona herida, por lo que sugieren por problemas familiares con su padre, por lo que su estilo de vida sería un refugio, resultado de un naufragio vital.

I finally watched Perfect Days this weekend and it was such a breath of fresh air. Its images and feel and its very few poignant words have stuck with me.

Honeybee edition of Marcel the Shell moment! Backstory. It's day 3 of working with this same #honeybee #swarm I caught on Wednesday. A small cluster about the size of a softball were still gathering at the cherry tree, so I gathered them this am when they weren't active and placed them at their new hive with the rest of their colony. Then I went to the UPS store to print something for my art show, opening reception is TONIGHT! ('What Holds Us'). I look down and see a gal on my bee suit! I carefully leave UPS and place her on my #dashboard and drive her back to her colony. Mission accomplished.

"Perfect Days" from 2023 is Wim Wender's movie about a cleaner of public toilets in Shibuya in Tokyo. Slow-paced every-day’s routine of a middle-aged man turned out to be a very appealing lifestyle. Working, taking pictures of trees, listening to music, and reading books. And all by himself, not really talking to anyone, not even coworkers. Like a hermit in the middle of a crowded city.
From Director Wim Wenders, nominated as best international film at the Oscar’s. A story of a Japanese Toilet Cleaner set to a theme of classic rock and pop. In the @hmvinstagram 2 for £30 deal, I had to check out this Limited Collector’s 4K UltraHD Blu-ray Edition from @mubiuk
