Well… cat tail tea it is…
Aya was just hoping to enjoy a cup of tea. But Leather, being the cat she is, decided that her hooman musn’t do it alone. Whether or not she fully intended to to dip her tail in the tea, she did intend be there while it was consumed, and now her tail tastes like royal milk tea.
This is a true story. I wish I could say it isn’t, but sadly, it is. Did I drink the tea? Well, obviously I did. It was Japanese-style black milk tea, why would I not drink it? Listen, Leather sticks her tail in my mouth all the time, I’m so used to it at this point that a little cat hair in my tea isn’t gonna bother me.
“Aya, there’s lots of bacteria on a cat’s tail.” Well, it was tasty bacteria. It went straight into my stomach. And I even survived. I would have preferred her tail to stay out of my tea, but sometimes life throw’s you a curveball... and then you consume it… I think that’s how that saying goes?

When vets make mistakes, pets pay the price
We need activism and education in this area. It’s very hard to hold veterinarians accountable for malpractice - with humans told by courts that any recovery for the death or suffering of their companion/child/best friend is limited to $100 of “property value.” Animals deserve better care with real oversight of veterinarians.

“I was walking my son’s fox red Labrador, Millie, in Saltram and I lost her. One minute she was there, the next she was gone.
I was so so worried. I asked lots of people if they had seen her and so many people were just so kind and wanted to help.
One gentleman offered his mobile internet to enable me to locate Millie on her tracker, and one extremely kind lady found her and realised that she was the lost dog everyone was talking about.
