@robin I’ve been testing #PhanpySocial web client, seems pretty nice and lets you create a hashtag column for other instances. Doesn’t really fix the search problem though.

@fredix @ligaturerecords @gotosocial je suis justement en train de préparer un nouveau VPS pour essayer #GoToSocial 🙂 L'expérience et les publications de @elena m'ont convaincu. J'écris aussi ce commentaire depuis l'interface de #PhanpySocial puisque GTS n'a pas de Front-End.

Pour le Markdown, une fois habitué, on ne s'en passe plus. L'an dernier j'ai migré de OneNote vers #Obsidian.

For context, here's a quite-meta screenshot of the same feature on #PhanpySocial

Notes:
- Threads has the advantage of doing this in the back-end, so it knows the current index and total count of threads immediately.
- Their UI is smaller, doesn't show the copy 'Thread', probably assuming users automatically understand what the badge means. Not sure why they push the badge at the end of the post sentence.
- They also show the badge on the Post page. #PhanpySocial only show it on the timeline.

I remembered that iOS handles “installing” web apps way better than android does and that I can use Phanpy like a “native” app again! Phanpy is SO GOOD! Basically every other web app developer should take notes.

#Mastodon :mastodon: 4.4 系になったら消費リソースが #PhanpySocial とそれほど変わらなく鳴ってきた気がする。
#VivaldiSocial :vivaldi_blue: を #Vivaldi :vivaldi_red: のサイドバーに常駐させるにあたってその辺を何となく気にして #PhanpySocial ばっかり使っていたけど、気分転換に素の #Mastodon の Web UI をつかうのも良さそう。
#VivaldiSocial :vivaldi_blue: だとサードパーティの CSS もいくつかインストールされてるから、気分でドラスティックに UI を変えられて楽しいし、最近の #Mastodon は Web UI の改善にかなり力入れ始めてるから（昔はすごく間に合わせ感があったけど :tony_smiling: 💦）、最近の UI の改善点を実際にさわってみたい気持ちもあるので、しばらく素の #Mastodon :mastodon: Web UI から触ってみるかな
