Fading leaves from potted Hosta plants. The leaves are almost oval shaped, asymmetrical and pointed. Their colour varies from green with white edges (the summer colour) through yellows to browns. Most have damage, holes made by slugs or caterpillars. They have small raindrops on them. Portrait format colour photo.

Last picture I'm posting from my botanical garden trip. This one is a comparison between what I first saw through my #tlr and really liked the look of, and then also pulled out the Sigma. Definitely quite different, and I like different things about each. Overall I think the biggest thing I took away from it is that at least in this case, I prefer the square aspect of the 6x6. #yashica #photography #phoenix200 #film #sigma #foveon #merrill

Attempt at a 2s long exposure with the camera on a rock by the side of the pond. The area at the top of the image is obviously way overexposed but very pleased with how it turned out. Hold the shutter down, count some Mississippi's and hope for the best. #photography #film #phoenix200 #yashica #tlr.
