I am the monster and the cage
Breathing out the sun
Masked by speech

Second drawing of the day.

Drew this while listening to The Angel of Crows by Katherine Addison. Drawing has nothing to do with the story, and I have no idea what it means.

I drew this with the idea of giving it to my brother as a Christmas present (i have the frame all picked out) but now I'm not so sure he'll like it.

This one didn't scan well, the colours look much smoother in the original to my irritation.

Experimenting with doing overlapping line drawings that are slightly slightly off so that it creates an out of focus effect.

I never know what my drawings mean, but this one was done thinking about a recovered addict saying that they can't care for themselves now that they're straight, because of how self centered they used to be when they were an addict.
